Jess Lowry is the founder of Mindful Studio and creator of The Mindful Method™, a transformational framework blending design thinking, neuroscience, and somatic tools to support personal and organizational change. A former Design Instructor at General Assembly, startup founder, and coach to civic and corporate leaders, she helps people navigate uncertainty with clarity, purpose, and practical tools.
