We invite driven sales professionals to a high-ownership, commission-based business development position.

Mindful Studio is a fast-growing company at the intersection of wellness, design, and personal transformation. We empower individuals and organizations to navigate change with clarity, resilience, and purpose through our facilitator certifications, licensed content, and branded partnership experiences.

As we expand into new markets and verticals, we seek experienced sales closers to help us turn warm leads into high-impact partnerships.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be supported by professionals specializing in lead generation and cold outreach, allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing.

This is a performance-based role with meaningful earning potential and the chance to become a key player in our growth.

What You’ll Be Closing

  • Content licensing deals with wellness brands, coaching platforms, educational institutions, and HR teams

  • Facilitator certification enrollments (individual or group)

  • Branded partnerships for workshops, retreats, and strategic activations

You’ll collaborate directly with our founder and creative team to shape proposals, build trust, and win lasting relationships.

Compensation & Advancement

  • Commission-Only to Start: Earn 20% on all closed deals

  • Commission Range: $500–$20,000+, depending on engagement size and scope

    • Example: Close a $50K licensing deal → earn $10,000

  • Top performers may earn hourly + own a vertical (e.g., education, wellness, corporate), with long-term recurring revenue potential

Who We’re Looking For

Sales professionals with:

  • 3–7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships

    • Especially valuable if experience includes wellness, education, HR tech, or personal development sectors.

  • Proven track record of closing mid- to high-ticket deals

    • Ideally, it involves services, digital products, or licensing models.

  • Experience working in commission-based or performance-driven environments

    • Ability to stay focused and motivated in entrepreneurial or flexible compensation models.

    Skills & Traits

    • Consultative sales approach – Able to build trust, ask the right questions, and co-create solutions.

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – Comfortable pitching value, not just service.

    • Strong follow-through – Organized with CRM or pipeline tracking; persistent without being pushy.

    • Empathy and alignment with purpose-driven work – Able to speak to transformation, growth, and emotional intelligence in business contexts.

    • Quick learner – Able to quickly understand Mindful Studio’s methodology, tools, and value proposition, and communicate it.

Education & Training (nice to have, not required)

  • Degree in communications, psychology, business, or a design thinking-related field

  • Coaching or facilitation training (CTI, ICF, Strozzi, Google Sprint, etc.) is a bonus

  • Experience working with wellness brands, educational orgs, or mission-driven startups
